Fund Raising

We are looking to provide funds to upgrade the clubs boat stock and equipment.

Shannon Rowing Club is funded mainly by membership subscriptions,and also by a number of fundraising events which are run throughout the year.

Last year saw the inaugral running of the “Shannon RC Fashion Show “which was a huge success,and which we hope to run again this year.

Also there were a number of “Flag Days” and “Bag Packing” fund raisers held which were also greatly supported by the public.Thank you for your continued support of the club.

We are currently in the process of running a “Snooker Tournament” in the club culminating in the final on “Paddy’s Day”.Good luck to all involved.

Also coming up in the near future, we will be running a “Race Night” in the club. This proved very popular last year and as a result the committee has decided to run this event again this year.Details of this event will be published on the website and facebook as soon as possible.
